Job Description:

The bookkeeper is responsible to maintain accurate financial records that are essential to keeping all company processes running smoothly. The bookkeeper is a valued member of our financial team that oversees all financial activities and necessary financial reporting. The ideal candidates has a strong understanding of accounting principles, is detail oriented, and proficient in utilizing software for financial activities.

Basic duties will include bookkeeping and accounting in various forms which may include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements: Balance sheets, and Profit and Loss statements

  • Recording transactions in QuickBooks

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Credit Card Admin & Reconciliation

  • Assist in Tax-preparation

  • Provide support for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities

  • Running Payroll

  • Processing accounts payable invoices, verify accuracy and ensure timely payments.

  • Process customer payments and dispense customer credits

  • Asset Management

  • Assist HR

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

  • Knowledge and experience of Quickbooks

  • Ability to learn and utilize google suite

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented
