Architectural Designer

Whitehouse, OH

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Design Managers in transforming client ideas into 3D rendered plans using BIM software

• Work closely with the Estimating department to ensure plans are drawn/prepared in manner that facilitates estimating/pricing

• Prepare plans for final Building Prints.

Qualifications:

• Strong Residential Design/Drafting/Architectural experience

• Experience in residential BIM Software

• Prior work experience with an architecture firm or home builder

• Architectural or Engineering Background

• Positive attitude and highly organized
