Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing assistant. The primary duties include oversight of marketing initiatives (adwords, social media, website, print, digital, etc.), making sure our model and spec homes are presentable each week, and assisting in other areas as needed. This opportunity allows you to fill a variety of roles, but is vital to the success and future growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Keeping models and specs stocked with current materials

• Assisting in creation of marketing materials and initiatives

• Video editing for advertising and social media use across platforms 

• Content creation, marketing, & monitoring on social media platforms 

• Experience using Meta Business and/or Google ads and Analytics

• Continuing to improve our ad spend to get qualified leads into the sales database

• Maintaining marketing library and keeping materials up to date

• Photographing homes and retouching as necessary

• Open houses Sundays 1-4 pm

• Helping in other areas as needed

• Follow all companies policies and procedures

Qualifications

• A self-motivated attitude

• Excellent analytical skills

• Knowledge of home design and building process

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

• Design and photography skills

• Highly organized and motivated

• Willingness to go above and beyond

• High attention to detail
