We were able to find a floor plan that served as a starting point and tweaked it to fit our family perfectly. Once we broke ground our project manager, Matt, was in constant contact with us and really helped us through every phase of building. Even when we called him in a panic because the framing stage made the house look really small. He assured us that was normal, as was about every other concern we had. One of the things we found super helpful during the process was the complete transparency in pricing. There are no hidden costs, you know up front the price of every single thing. We were able to stay on time and in budget which are both huge when building. We can’t say enough about Matt and the staff at HBJD who helped us make our dreams come true. We are beyond happy with our dream home!
