A Review from this Customer : We are sooo excited to be in our new home! It’s hard to believe that it was a year ago that my husband and I met with Josh for the first time. I have to go back just a little on how we found Homes By Josh Doyle. I had actually been on Facebook a couple years ago and started seeing these BEAUTIFUL homes coming up on my timeline. I recognized Josh’s last name from my local area.
I reached out and asked the question and he did answer back that he was originally from my area. After seeing these homes I then told my husband if we ever decide to build I want to check this guy out. Now we will fast forward to late spring of 2017... My husband and I found a home that was for sale that had an open floor plan that I was dying to have, so when we put an offer on the home we felt that we had to put ours up for sale. Well we didn’t get the house we put the offer on but we did get an offer on our home. We now had some things to consider. I called HBJD and made an appt. to meet with Josh.
In the meantime my husband and I drove up to Whitehouse on the Sunday before our meeting to look at some Josh’s homes, we also at this time were in the process of purchasing some land. We met with Josh and he explained their process and we told him what we were looking for. After the meeting he said he would draw something up based on the style we were looking for and square footage. We agreed to come back up in a few weeks to look at what he had drawn up.
In the meantime the following weekend was the Greater Toledo Parade of Homes so we went back up to Whitehouse and toured some of the homes and the new Montana that they just finished in Monclova. We fell in love with this home... So to make a long story short, we spoke with Josh and tweaked our plans to include some things we loved about the new Montana... So here we are today in our new beautiful home!! Everyone we worked with was GREAT.... Josh, Kim, Mike, Kasey, Matt to name just a few. Builder Trend is an awesome app to stay on top of everything. Having that tool was a godsend.
We always knew what was coming up and the deadlines that certain things needed to be decided on. We tried to stay ahead of the game to keep things moving along. The only hold up in the build was normally due to weather. Anytime we reached out to Matt our Project Manager he was always there to answer our questions. My husband and I would recommend HBJD in a heartbeat!!!!! Melissa and Randall
