Design + Build On Your Lot
My wife and I recently completed our build and moved into our forever home. First, we want to commend Brianna Hunger, who at several critical points was able to provide support and outstanding customer service. She was responsive and knowledgeable in helping resolve issues or getting us answers. She is outstanding. Secondly, we want to thank Kayla Thomasson. Kayla exceeded our expectations on responsiveness by answering phone calls and emails and providing answers to all of our concerns and questions. She displayed outstanding professionalism throughout and worked extremely hard to help complete our project and meet our needs. We feel blessed to have had her assigned to our project as she met our needs, expectations and treated us as if we were important and not just a customer. Thanks again for our forever home and thank you for Brianna and Kayla.
