We offer three types of warranty protection: a 1-year fit & finish warranty, a 10-year structural warranty, and manufacturer warranties on the products we install, all transferable to you.

 

But the warranty that matters the most is the one you never use.

We design and build to reduce the need for warranty claims in the first place. Clean, functional floor plans, high-quality structural and energy efficient materials, and verification that work has been completed correctly all help us achieve this goal.

 

To verify work, our professionals inspect every phase of construction and create full punch lists before the crew responsible is paid. We hold ourselves to the same standard at closing. We don’t expect final payment until a punch list is completed and signed off on by you.

 

1-year fit & finish warranty: Covers general workmanship and interior details, following the good workmanlike standards of the Home Builders Association.

 

10-year structural warranty: Covers the structural integrity of your home and compliance with applicable Ohio and Michigan building codes and good workmanship standards.

 

Manufacturer Warranties: It is critically important to use name-brand products from companies that stand behind their products and have been around for a long time. We use products from trusted manufacturers such as Andersen Windows, Therma-Tru Doors, Clopay Garage Doors, Weyerhaeuser OSB products, Tyvek house wrap, Watchdog waterproofing, CertainTeed shingles, Delta faucets, Kwikset fixtures, Trane or Carrier furnaces and air conditioners, and more. All of these companies’ warranties are transferable to the client.
