What's Standard, And What's An Upgrade

Every home includes a full package of features that most builders sell separately.

The structure and everything sealing it: foundation, framing, insulation, windows, doors, roofing, and a high-efficiency furnace and air conditioner. The layout details we design in as standard: oversized side-load garages, front porches, full window walls in great rooms, cathedral or two-story ceilings in the main living areas.

And inside, it covers the finishes: name-brand fixtures throughout, granite or quartz countertops, custom cabinets with crown molding, waterproof wide-plank flooring, and trim sprayed to a furniture-like finish.

Same package on every home, regardless of budget. It's already in the price we quote you.

Beyond that, nothing is off the table.

Upgrades are anything that moves your home away from the standard package — and they can raise the price or lower it. Most are either changes in size, like adding square footage, resizing a garage or porch, finishing the basement, or adding a detached garage. Or changes in selection: stepping up to a different line of cabinets, countertops, or flooring, or designing something more complex, like a custom shower.

All of it is priced during design, before you sign anything.
